Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Grethen House offers complimentary domestic shipping on orders over $100 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). If you do not have a doorman, we strongly recommend requesting the signature-required option or having the package shipped to your office. Packages are insured up to the point of delivery. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after delivery.
Orders will be delivered by USPS or UPS.
Orders that are placed between Monday and Friday will ship within 24 hours pending availability and payment verification. This excludes holidays.
Orders placed after 2 pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the carrier/airline has an internal delay. Shipping times listed at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We try to get your order shipped out as soon as possible, but unfortunately, shipping times can vary because of carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Grethen House does ship internationally. However, please be aware that we do not cover duty. If you have any questions, check with your country's laws and regulations.
No free shipping on international orders or returns.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING
Next-day air shipping is only guaranteed when ordered before 1pm Eastern time, Monday through Thursday, with UPS. Orders with USPS next-day air must be placed before 2 pm Eastern time to get in the mail that day.

IN STORE PICK UP
In-store pickup is available. Orders will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 10 days once you receive a notification that your order is ready. Returns must be received in-store within 20 days of the order date. If an order has not been picked up after 60 days, the merchandise becomes store property, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
