To do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19, our brick and mortar locations are closed. We remain open online at grethenhouse.com. 

As a local small business we consider our employees and customers part of our family. We appreciate your support and we will get through this together. 

We are taking precautions to create a safe work environment at our shipping center that remains operational. We are looking for ways to help our community and highlight local businesses.

Are stores currently open?

Our stores are temporarily closed. We've been closely monitoring all COVID-19 updates and will let you know if anything changes. 

Can I still shop online?

Yes! Our online store is open 24/7 and we are here to assist you with any questions at info@grethenhouse.com.

Can I pick up my online order?

Any local orders can be picked up from our Edina location once your order is processed and ready. If you would like to pick up your order please leave special instructions when placing your order or reach out at info@grethenhouse.com.

Will shipments be delayed?

All orders have been going out on schedule without delays. 

What is your return policy?

Online orders can be returned within 14 days of post marked date. For instructions on how to return your order please email info@grethenhouse.com for an RA. Merchandise sold below 50% off is non refundable. No returns on handbags, jewelry, perfumes or special orders.
