The new Bou Bag celebrates welcoming the future with both hands, holding true to our commitment to phase out virgin leather from all products by the end of 2023. Made from a blend of certified recycled leather and is designed in a hexagonal shape, it features a tone-on-tone metallic GANNI Butterfly logo, nine hand-braided strands with a braided knot and a metallic dice with a GANNI and Butterfly logo engraved. It comes with double compartments, an internal magnet closure, a flat card pocket inside and an adjustable and removable shoulder strap for crossbody wear.

Grethen House offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100.00 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Most orders arrive within 2/3 business days.
Orders that are placed between Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours pending availability and payment verification. This excludes holidays.
Orders that are placed on Friday after 4:00pm ET, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
In Store Pick Up is available in our Edina location. Can take up to 2-3 business days (excluding Holidays).
Please take into account next day arrival for next day air shipping is only guaranteed when ordered before 1pm eastern time on Monday - Thursday with UPS. Orders with USPS are shipped right away, but can not be guaranteed next day.
Grethen House does ship internationally. However, please be aware that we do not cover duty. If you have any questions, check with your country's laws and regulations.
No free shipping on international orders or returns.
We hope everything we sent is perfect, but in the event you need a different size, color or style, or simply want to return the item for a refund or credit, we are here to help.
In order to initiate a return, please email info@grethenhouse.com to get a Return Authorization. When initiating an RA, please include all items from your transaction that you would like to return or exchange. Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to be received and approved.
Online and mail orders that are returned or exchanged must be received in-store within 14 days of post-marked date. We strongly recommend requesting an exchange as soon as possible in order to meet our 14 day policy.
Grethen House will not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Merchandise discounted 50% off or more is non-refundable.
